OUTLINE THE ROLE
We’ll meet you to discuss the role(s) you need to fill and create a detailed job description accordingly.
SEARCH & SCREEN
We’ll advertise the position nationally in Pakistan through various methods and start screening applications.
We’ll shortlist at least 10 applicants and conduct initial interviews (we generally receive hundreds of applications).
FORMAL INTERVIEW & TEST
We’ll then introduce you to the top 3 applicants for a formal interview (and preferably a test for technical roles).
SELECT & INDUCT
When you select the candidate, Recruitico will employ them in Pakistan and assign them to directly work with you.
SUPPORT & MONITOR
Our systems & ongoing support will ensure that your Recruitico remote staff are as good as your in-house staff.
