Meet with our UK based representatives to discuss your requirements (job descriptions/ skills needed), we will initiate a search for your perfect remote employee using our overseas network.
YOU INTERVIEW. YOU SELECT.
Within a couple of weeks, we will introduce shortlisted candidates for you to interview (using video conferencing equipment provided by us). You interview them according to your set criteria (just like a regular interview) and select the person you want.
SET UP AT BOTH ENDS.
Next, we will provide equipment and software at both ends to allow you to communicate and work with your remote employee easily and effortlessly - pretty much like you would work with employees based in your office!
MONITORING & SUPPORT.
We'll meet with you regularly to ensure everything is working as expected. If you're unhappy about something, we'll fix it. If a remote employee leaves, or things aren't working as planned we will find you a replacement as soon as possible. On the other end, or overseas representatives will constantly monitor and support your remote employees.
NO WORRIES AT ALL.
Although your remote employees work directly for you. Technically, they are employed by us, so, you don’t have to worry about things like payroll, national insurance, pensions or other HR related obligations - we'll take care of everything.
SCALE UP/DOWN OR EXIT.
If you need to reduce your remote employees' working hours or if things change and you no longer require their services, you can scale down or exit with a 14 day notice. Again, you have nothing to worry about.
